Stretching

Stretching before and particularly after a run is very important. Came across this page on Hal Higdon's site while looking for some stretching exercises on google.

Also, here are some strength exercises particularly for runners if you are interested.

i was looking at some stretches a week ago as my knee hurts while playing frisbee. and i came across the same page. those 5 stretches suggested by her work wonderful for me. my legs feel really nice and loose
