Destination 2 : Mount Soledad

San Diego is a town of numerous hills and canyons. A nice place to get a view of most of San Diego is the 822 foot tall hill of Mount Soledad. At the summit lies a 29-foot tall cross.


Here is a view from Mt. Soledad looking east. On a clear day you will be able to see as far as the Laguna mountains with ease.
